Our condo was purchased in 2016, and refurbished with new furnishings and electronics. We upgraded the flooring in 2018.

Unlike beachfront hotel rooms (which cost 20 to 50% more to rent in the summertime), our condo offers an array of amenities not offered by most hotel properties, including a full-size galley-style kitchen, with full-size appliances. Well-stocked with pots, pans & utensils, there's plenty of space to cook an entire meal,

Our condo also offers a stack washer & dryer. Convenient if you didn't want to pack as much clothing, or you go thru a lot of laundry during the day. No need to run to a laundromat, or pay your hotel a king's ransom to do your laundry, if the hotel even offers this service.
